Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026 · Vector Horizon LLC
1. About This Policy
This privacy policy applies to all apps published by Vector Horizon LLC. Our apps range from fully offline single-player games to online games with optional accounts and multiplayer. Each section below applies only to the apps that use that feature — for example, only some apps offer accounts, online play, or ads.
2. Accounts & Sign-In
Some of our apps let you create an optional account to enable online features such as multiplayer, leaderboards, and cross-device sync. Where offered, you may sign in with email and password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple. In those apps we collect and store your email address, a display name you choose, and an authentication user ID. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. If you use Sign in with Apple, you may choose to hide your email, in which case Apple provides a private relay address. Apps without accounts do not collect this information.
3. Information We Collect
Depending on the app, we may collect the following:
- Local app data — for offline apps and guest play, scores, progress, settings, and usage statistics are stored locally on your device.
- Account & cloud data — for signed-in users of our online apps, we store account details (email, display name, user ID, activity timestamps), game data (scores, ratings, win/loss records, streaks, achievements), online match records, and gameplay preferences in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). Where a game involves hidden information, it is stored in hashed form and is not exposed to other players during play.
- Analytics — anonymous usage data collected via Google Firebase Analytics (e.g. app opens, feature usage, crash reports).
- Advertising data — Google AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads.
- Purchase data — if an app offers in-app purchases, transactions are processed by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and we do not store your payment details.
4. Publicly Visible Information
In our online apps, your display name and competitive statistics may be visible to other players on leaderboards and to opponents you are matched with or who challenge you. Please do not use a display name you wish to keep private.
5. How We Use Your Information
- To save your progress and preferences (locally, or in the cloud for signed-in users).
- To provide online features such as accounts, multiplayer, and leaderboards.
- To send gameplay-related push notifications (e.g. game invitations or your turn), where enabled, via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- To improve our apps through anonymous analytics.
- To display advertisements in free apps supported by ads.
- To process in-app purchases where applicable.
6. Third-Party Services
Depending on the app, we may use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob — for serving advertisements.
- Google Firebase — for authentication, cloud data storage, analytics, and push notifications.
- Apple — for Sign in with Apple and App Store purchases.
- Google Play Billing — for in-app purchases on Android.
7. Advertising
Some of our apps are free and supported by ads. Google AdMob may use your advertising ID to show personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of ads personalization.
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising.
8. Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Data Retention & Account Deletion
Local app data is stored on your device and can be cleared by uninstalling the app. In apps that offer accounts, you can permanently delete your account and its associated data at any time from within the app (for example, via a “Delete Account” option in the app’s menu); this also deletes your authentication account. You may also request deletion by contacting us. Firebase and AdMob data is otherwise retained per their respective policies.
10. Your Rights
You may request access to, or deletion of, the data associated with your account or device by contacting us. For account-based apps, in-app account deletion removes your personal data from our systems.

12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
